Seasonal nourishment

Food, daylight and rhythm treated as everyday practice rather than a project.

Nourishment here means the plain things: what we eat, when we sleep, how much daylight we meet, and how the seasons change what the body asks for. None of it is exotic. Most of it is already in the week, waiting to be noticed.

The practice is to look at rhythm rather than rules. A winter body does not want what a summer body wants. We track what gives energy and what quietly takes it, and change one thing at a time. There are no cleanses and no protocols, and nothing here claims to cure anything. Food and daylight are treated as daily practice, not as a project with a finish line.

Offered for education and wellbeing; not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
