About
Soil and soul, in the same word
This is a place for earth-rooted work: grounding practice, seasonal nourishment and the slower kind of change that happens when you stop pushing. It is offered as practice and education, in plain language, without promises about outcomes.
How to say it
Soilful is said soil-ful, with a short i. Not soulful. The extra letter is the whole idea: the ground you stand on and the ground you are.
The domain carries the rest of the name. soilful.earth says it in order: soil first, earth after, and no doubt about what the work is about.
Why this exists
Most wellbeing advice asks you to add something. This work tends to ask the opposite: put something down, notice what is already growing, and give it room. Roots, soil and growth are the three layers of the practice, described on thepractices page.
What this is not
It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical care. Nothing here is a substitute for treatment from a qualified professional.
