Roots
Grounding practice
Slow, supported movement and breath to settle the body before anything else begins.
The work starts with the floor. Standing, sitting or lying down, the first task is to let the weight of the body arrive where it already is. Breath comes next, not as something to control but as something to notice. From there the practice stays small and repeatable: contact with the ground, balance, and enough quiet to hear what is already there.
Nothing here asks for flexibility, equipment or experience. A session is slow on purpose. We work at the pace the body agrees to and stop when it has had enough. The aim is not to feel calm on command, but to build a way back to steadiness that still works on an ordinary Tuesday in an ordinary room.
Offered for education and wellbeing; not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
